Wilma Gomes is the best immigration consultant; she has done a lot for me. When I had a problem with my permanent residence papers she’s the only one that helped me. You can contact her anytime not like other consultants - if you don’t have an appointment they do not answer you. Wilma always has time for her clients. Even if it seems impossible – she finds a way to make it possible. I remember when she was out of town on business she contacted me to give me important information. Good job Wilma! We were extremely pleased with the professional service that Wilma provided us as an Immigrant Consultant. To summarize our experience we had a concern with the expiry of the PR card and required a travel document to return to Canada. Wilma was very proactive and guided us with accurate information on the requirements including drafting a letter to the Canadian consulate and ensuring our application was complete. The travel document was received in a timely manner and she made the process very seamless and simple. Following that Wilma assisted us with the application to renew the PR Card. She was very patient and flexible to meet for discussion on queries and always provided a good background on the why behind the what. She was very transparent with the information so we as her clients were set up with realistic expectations. The timelines to receive the PR cards are controlled by CIC so currently it is in process.
